With our global network and our partner DB Group we can arrange transport from and to almost everywhere in the world.
We can arrange all kind of transport, you can think about ocean, air, rail and road. Our core business is ocean, air and rail freight. But road transport is no problem for us as well!
Small shipments can be arranged by courier where we have our volume contracts, but we will also look at options by air or LCL (oceanfreight). All depending on the value, urgency etc.
We aim to have a 24/7 service and an emergency phone is mentioned on our website +31-(0)6-2250 5873.
We have a good track & trace option on our website, but if you still have a question about your shipment, you can always reach out to one of our employees and they are happy to help you with any question. Besides this, we always aim to be pro-active towards our customers.
We have our trusted partner for this who has a lot of experience. We do need all the information and documents for this to arrange customs clearance in a correct way.
Airfreight is still the fastest and safest way to transport your goods. From small to big shipments, a lot is possible as long as it fits in a plane. We can arrange it from door-to-door, airport-to-airport, airport-to-door or door-to-airport. All value-added services at origin and destination can also be arranged by us.
Ocean freight takes a longer transit time then airfreight, but is less expensive. This a good way for larger volumes of low value products. For high value products this can also be an option if you don’t need the goods before a special deadline and if it's properly packed and can cope with the salty air. For this counts the same as for airfreight, we can arrange this door-to-door, port-to-port, port-to-door or door-to-port. All value-added services at origin and destination can also be arranged by us. We can arrange this for FCL (full Container Load), LCL (Less Container Load) or special equipment.
Rail freight is also a good option, especially from and to China there is a good rail connection. At the moment it is even less expensive from China then ocean freight and a quicker transit time. Also for high value products this is a good option if you don’t need the goods within a special time frame. We can arrange this door-to-door, port-to-port, port-to-door or door-to-port. Also with the customs clearance at both sides and warehousing. We can arrange this for FCL (full Container Load), LCL (Less Container Load) or special equipment.
Well apart from that we are really as a company standing behind our mission of delivering the best service of all companies, we are developing a platform in combination with the alternative for an L/C (Letter of Credit). If you want to know more about this you can visit the website for more information:(please see www.transdoclink.com).
A Letter of Credit is a bank service called documentary credit that gives you insurance that the payment will be done when the goods are delivered. When you have for example a new customer or a new supplier, it is good to have some security about the payment and actual delivery of the goods. You can contact your bank to issue a L/C. The requirements & deliverables of the cargo are specified in the L/C and once the counterparty has fulfilled the defined tasks & deliverables and the issuing bank has received documentation from the  counterparty bank the payment is released. A L/C is used as collateral for a credit line in some cases to facilitate working capital for a production process. There are different flavours of L/C's (e.g. irrevocable, back-to-back, Stand-by, Confirmed, etc.). If you want to know more about L/C's and the alternative TDL can provide please contact us.
